Ingredients:
Potato – 5 pcs.
Sour cream – 125 g
Red caviar – 90 g
Parsley – 5 leaves
Instruction:
Rinse the potatoes well, wrap each potato in foil and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the oven. Remove foil and cool. Cut each potato in half, remove part of the pulp so that the walls remain 2 – 2.5 cm. In each half put 1 teaspoon of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of red caviar.
We recommend taking red caviar for this recipe. Kamchadal 90 gr is a traditional pink salmon caviar, has a marine aroma and amazing taste. It is made according to the classic recipe within 4 hours from the moment of fishing.
Garnish with parsley on top.
